Rhinestahl Corporation is a leader in advanced manufacturing and tooling, serving aerospace, transportation, and energy industries. As the company experienced significant growth across its two divisions—CTS and AMG—each faced distinct market challenges. CTS entered a more competitive bidding landscape, requiring a refined, strategic approach. Meanwhile, AMG’s highly sought-after expertise remained under-recognized in a technical market.
It was the right moment to establish a unified sales and marketing foundation that could fuel continued growth—elevating both divisions and strengthening the brand as a whole.
The Challenge
While the organization works in two very different industries – global aircraft engine tooling and advanced manufacturing – and partners with very different teams and customers, there is an undeniable ethic and energy that is shared across the entire organization. Rhinestahl came to Intrinzic to help capture the fire and passion you’ll find within every person who works there, and rally the organization and the marketplace around a powerful brand, image, and message that represents the unique expertise of each group, and the strong connection they have with their customers. Through this highly collaborative project, the client and our team broke down every aspect of the company, the culture and the unique customer needs, and shaped it into a truly inspiring brand that brings the power of Rhinestahl together with the needs and expectations of the marketplace.
The Inspiration
Inspired by the energy and passion within every Rhinestahl team member, our team set out to build a brand that could channel that spirit across two very different business units. We explored messaging, visual identity, and storytelling that honored each division’s expertise—while uniting them under a single, confident brand presence.
The Outcome
The final brand identity system captures the shared culture of excellence that runs through CTS and AMG—while providing tools flexible enough to meet the needs of each group. Through strategic messaging, a dynamic visual system, and a modern brand voice, Rhinestahl now has the tools to match its momentum—and strengthen its connection with both internal teams and external partners.
